Terms of Purchase
The owner of the mykid.ee webshop is Eltech Trade OÜ (registry code 14239012), located at 78 Akadeemia tee, Tallinn, Harju County.
Validity of Terms and Conditions of Sale
The Terms and Conditions of Sale are applicable between the Buyer and Eltech Trade OÜ for the purchasing of goods from the mykid.ee webshop.
In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of Products from the Web Store are governed by the Law of Obligations Act (hereinafter VÕS), the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter TKS) and other legal acts.
The Webshop reserves the right to make amendments to the Terms and Conditions of Sale. These amendments will be listed on the Webshop web page.
Product and price information
All prices are marked in the productpage. The delivery will be added to the price. All prices displayed in the Webshop are in euros (EUR).
All prices displayed in the Webshop include VAT of 20%.
The delivery fee depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee will be shown to the buyer when placing the order.
Product information is available in the Webshop directly at the item.
Formalisation of an order
Add the desired goods to your shopping basket. To place an order, fill in the required fields and choose the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid through a bank link or other payment solution.
The Agreement will enter into force upon receipt of the purchase amount in the bank account of the Webstore.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer shall be informed at the earliest opportunity and the money paid (including delivery costs) shall be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of receipt of the notice.
Paying of an order
You can pay for the order via PayPal or by bank transfer, which must be paid immediately after placing the order as a 100% prepayment. All Webshop prices are in Euro (EUR).
Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days (same day if possible) after payment.
The cost of shipping the goods must be paid by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipping costs apply to orders within the Republic of Estonia and Finland, if you wish to order goods elsewhere, please contact us at email@example.com.
For orders over 49 € or more, free shipping within Estonia. For orders over 100 € or more, free shipping within Finland.
Return of goods
After receipt of order, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the e-shop, without disclosing the reason why, within 14 days, by submitting a written return application to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returned goods must not have been used and labels must not have been removed.
The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the purchaser unless the returned product does not correspond to the order.
Within 14 business days of returning the product, we will transfer the money to the same bank account that was used to pay for the product.
Direct marketing and processing of personal information
The Webstore will only use the personal information (including name, phone number, address, email address, bank details) entered by the buyer to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The Webshop only transmits personal information to the transport company in order to deliver the goods.
The Webshop will only send newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address if the buyer has requested to do so by entering their email address on the website and announcing their wish to receive direct mail notifications.
The Buyer may at any time opt out of offers and newsletters sent to e-mail by informing us by e-mail email@example.com.
Procedure for submitting a claim and complaints
If the buyer has any complaints about the Webstore, they should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or call +37256870719.
If the Buyer and the Webstore are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the Buyer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedural terms can be consulted and the application can be made - http://www.komisjon.ee/. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve any disputes arising from the contract between the buyer and the Webstore. The Commission's review of the buyer's complaint is free of charge.
